Meet Betty, a tenant at Ashe Senior Village.  She has lived in this beautiful apartment complex for the last 7 years and has no plans to move.  Back when the building was first open, a good friend of hers just raved over how nice it was, and Betty never forgot about it.  When the time came for her to consider downsizing, Ashe Senior Village was first on her list.  After being on the waitlist for a couple of months, an apartment opened up and she was in!

Betty loves how peaceful and quiet the property is, and talked to me about how she can not only trust the management team, but also her neighbors.  She stays busy talking with friends, housekeeping and working outside in the flowers.  She also volunteers to decorate the common areas for each season and does an amazing job!    

Ashe Senior Village, a non-profit managed by Generations Ashe, provides attractive and affordable housing for low-income individuals, age 62 and older.  We have 24 one-bedroom units with easy access to all entrances, common areas, laundry and mailboxes.  Two units have additional features for the hearing impaired and wheelchair users.  All apartments have interior and exterior entrances with porches and storage rooms.
