Ashe Services for Aging's Mission is to provide services, intergenerational activities, and opportunities to the elderly and disabled adults of Ashe County that enhance their dignity and help them maintain their independence at home.

Canned Food Drive

Buy a can of food for someone who needs a helping hand. Canned goods can be dropped by the Senior Center through December 6th. Monetary donations are accepted as well.

Christmas Bazaar

The Senior Center will be holding its annual Christmas Bazaar November 21st & 22nd from 8am - 6pm. Everything you need to get ready for Christmas. For more information call 336-246-4347.

Chaplain Greg Topczewski

Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday, Chaplain Greg Topczewski will visit the Ashe Senior Center from 11am to 2pm. He offers a variety of services including private counseling, spiritual guidance, and more.

Caregiver Support Group

The Ashe Senior Center hosts caregiver support group meetings on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 4pm. Participants can exchange information, talk through issues, learn about community resources, and more. See flyer for full details.

Supportive Journaling Community

Safe and Confidential Community Approach for Survivors of Sexual Violence, their family and caregivers to find healing and connect. Meeting in Classroom 2 on the 2nd Friday of Every Month from 10:00a.m.-11:30am.
