Using apps can help us improve healthy habits, learn new things, and safely age in place. This Coffee Chat is designed to teach you more about downloading applications onto your phone, computer or tablet. Learn about different apps that can enhance your well-being, productivity, and engagement with technology. Feel free to come with any questions or with names of apps that you have benefitted from using. All varying levels of background with technology are welcome and encouraged to attend. Session with be led by Michael Friedman, an AARP volunteer and a college sophomore at Washington University in St. Louis.
