FREE Advanced Planning Workshop

Medi Home Health and Hospice is teaming up with Generations Ashe to offer a FREE Advanced Planning workshop for the community on May 20th, 2021 from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Medical Social Workers will be on hand to answer any questions about Health Care Power of Attorney documents, Living Wills, and other forms available to help record one’s medical wishes. Completing documents such as these help ensure a person’s health care wishes are met as we advance in age. They also help provide family members with vital information pertaining to one’s healthcare wishes in the event that a loved one declines past the ability to speak for themselves. Healthcare professionals will be on hand to help complete and legalize these documents on site during this workshop.
