The Friends of the Ashe County Public Library (148 Library Road, West Jefferson) welcome two AARP speakers, Alan Briggs and Gretchen Batra, who will give a big picture overview of AARP and also highlight steps to avoid the great number of scams targeted at older adults. This event is free and open to the public.
